Usually the shipping processing time is 3 to 5 days, but in cases of high volume orders, it takes to 14 working days or more.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders. Shipments may be delayed a few days.  If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you.

All items are made to order, and as a small company, we do not keep stock. For this reason, we
cannot accept automatic returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in the item you received.

Make sure you have entered the correct size, color and delivery address before placing your order. Although we often make mistakes and request changes, we can't always guarantee that these changes will be made in time. If this happens, we will do the best to update your order before it is processed.
